Industrial Transformation Asia-Pacific 2018 was a great platform to share our knowledge with our clients.
Highlight #1: 3D Robot Bin Picking Solution
In this application, we demonstrate how it allows the user to scan object or input a CAD model, select grip points and alternative grip points.
- Bin Picking Complex Solution
Our 3D vision system provides decision capability to different type of robotic system for pick and place application. The objects does not need to pre-organized in bin or pre-indexed on conveyor belt.
- Bin Picking Vision System
Our 3D Scanner is powered by the NVIDIA® Jetson™ embedded platform.
- Multiple robot manufacturer integrations
ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, Omron, Denso, Hyundai Robotics, Yaskawa, Estun Robotics, Mitsubishi Electric, Universal Robots, Staubli, EPSON
Highlight #2: Depalletizing using 3D Vision System
In this application, we demonstrate how Basler ToF Camera can be used in depalletization process.
The last step in manufacturing process is placing the goods on pallets for being transferred. The crucial advantage of 3D vision is that it actually provides depth (height) recognition for effective and safe palletizing.
3D vision system is also useful for de-palletizing randomly placed boxed/parcels from pallets or conveyor belts.
Highlight #3: 3D Vision System by Photoneo PhoXi Scanner
Photoneo creates “eyes for robots”: high quality, easy to use 3D area sensors and also create a “visual cortex” for robots by teaching them pick objects and navigate in space.
In this application, we demonstrate how Photoneo 3D Scanner, make machines see the real world in 3 Mpx resolution, which ideal for object manipulation or quality inspection.
Ready for the most demanding machine vision tasks:
- Large depth of scan
- High accuracy
- Robust performance
- Easy integration
Highlight #4: 3D Stereo Vision Camera by Nerian
In this application, we demonstrate how Nerian’s 3D Stereo Vision Camera , provides accurate synchronization when acquiring depth measurements of moving objects.
In combination with SceneScan, Karmin2 becomes a fully featured 3D depth camera that acquires accurate range measurements, even in bright light conditions and over long distances.
Karmin2 is available in two different stereo baseline
distances: 10 and 25 cm.
- Karmin2 Baseline 10cm with SceneScan
- Karmin2 Baseline 10cm with SceneScan Pro
- Karmin2 Baseline 25cm with SceneScan
- Karmin2 Baseline 25cm with SceneScan Pro
Highlight #5: Most Versatile High-Speed Troubleshooting Solution
In this application, we demonstrate how TroublePix and our machine vision components work together to record and playback high speed process for slow-motion analysis. All these are done within an easy-to-use interface even for factory operators.
Advantages of using TroublePix:
- Live slow motion recording and playback of any high speed process
- Portable, rugged and easy to use
- Advance auto-triggering options for random event capture.
