In this application, we demonstrate how it allows the user to scan object or input a CAD model, select grip points and alternative grip points.

Highlight #2: Depalletizing using 3D Vision System

In this application, we demonstrate how Basler ToF Camera can be used in depalletization process.

The last step in manufacturing process is placing the goods on pallets for being transferred. The crucial advantage of 3D vision is that it actually provides depth (height) recognition for effective and safe palletizing.

3D vision system is also useful for de-palletizing randomly placed boxed/parcels from pallets or conveyor belts.


Highlight #3: 3D Vision System by Photoneo PhoXi Scanner

Photoneo creates “eyes for robots”: high quality, easy to use 3D area sensors and also create a “visual cortex” for robots by teaching them pick objects and navigate in space.

In this application, we demonstrate how Photoneo 3D Scanner, make machines see the real world in 3 Mpx resolution, which ideal for object manipulation or quality inspection.

Highlight #4: 3D Stereo Vision Camera by Nerian

In this application, we demonstrate how Nerian’s 3D Stereo Vision Camera  , provides accurate synchronization when acquiring depth measurements of moving objects.

In combination with SceneScan, Karmin2 becomes a fully featured 3D depth camera that acquires accurate range measurements, even in bright light conditions and over long distances.
