Description

The drag&bot software now simplifies the programming of industrial robots. Via drag and drop in the software’s graphical user interface, a program sequence can be defined by selecting and compiling individual function blocks. Basler cameras are integrated via the pylon camera driver for the Robot Operating System (ROS).
Thanks to the integration of the Basler pylon Camera Software Suite into the drag&bot software, it is now possible to easily integrate Basler 2D cameras into your robot application.
HIGHLIGHTS AT A GLANCE:
- Software for easy setup, programming and operation of industrial robots
- Installation and calibration of Basler cameras with just a few clicks
- Image processing functions usable via the graphical user interface of drag&bot
- Intuitive operating and input aids (wizards) for your robot application
Drag&bot Software – Intuitive Robot Programming
drag&bot is the most intuitive and complete way to use industrial robots. It allows 5x faster programming of robots in comparison to state-of-the-art programming and no IT/robot skills or expensive training by robot manufacturers. drag&bot enables production staff to use robots without expert knowledge.

Our Camera Recommendation
As an internationally leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial cameras, we offer our customers a very broad portfolio of cameras and suitable accessories. As our customer, you receive vision components tailored to your technical and budgetary requirements.
For your robotics application, we will be happy to give you a selection from our Basler ace series. In its small and lightweight design, this camera offers high shock resistance, as well as high stability and reliability.
The ace series is available with both USB 3.0 and GigE interface. USB 3.0 enables a high bandwidth and convinces as a simple plug-and-play solution. GigE allows cost-effective single cable solutions for long distances up to 100m. All models are available in both monochrome and color.

ACA1440-220UM
This ace USB 3.0 model offers 1.6Mp at 227 fps and convinces with excellent image quality.
Thanks to the global shutter, motion artifacts are avoided, making the camera ideal for use in pick-and-place applications.

ACA1440-73GM
This ace GigE model offers 1.6 MP at 73 fps and convinces with excellent image quality.
Thanks to the global shutter, motion artifacts are avoided, making the camera ideal for use in pick-and-place applications.

ACA3088-57UM
This ace USB 3.0 model offers 6Mp at 59 fps and convinces with a unique price-performance ratio.
The rolling shutter allows large resolutions at a small optical size, which saves costs. The cameras are ideal for detecting and inspecting stationary objects.

ACA3088-16GM
This ace GigE model offers 6Mp at 16 fps and convinces with a unique price-performance ratio.
The rolling shutter allows large resolutions at a small optical size, which saves costs. The cameras are ideal for detecting and inspecting stationary objects.
drag&bot supports many different robots – does yours count as one of them?
The number of robot manufacturers has increased significantly in recent years, especially the number of manufacturers of collaborating robots (cobots). The overview shows a selection of robots that are compatible with drag&bot or will be supported in the near future. This list does not claim to be complete or correct. It is expressly not a recommendation for a specific brand or model – this depends on many factors – and serves only as initial information.
