The Bin Picking Studio is an in-house developed state of the art software created for one single purpose – enable bin-picking to everybody in the world. It is easy and understandable for whoever thinks about moving their production to the future with automation.

The software is remarkably flexible and easy. With it, you will require only a robotic programmer who is skilled in computer-aided design to set up an automated bin-picking system. But should you require it, we are here for you to help you free of charge during feasibility analysis as well as provide you support during the setup in Europe, North America, and Asia.

The web-based interface software allows accessibility from any location with visual representation of each step of the configuration. Together with the in-house PhoXi 3D Scanner, the software setup contains CAD-based localization algorithms, path planning & collision avoidance for 6 axis manipulators, and an robot interface that supports an wide portfolio of robots with a extensive variety of commands. This means that the users themselves do not have to execute localization for the picking objects and painstakingly set the waypoints and path for the robot movement.

Multiple Picking Objects and Scanners, and Customizable Gripping Points

With the Bin Picking Studio, users will be able to pick up to 4 different objects and use up to 4 scanners within one bin-picking scenario, alongside with the selection of gripping points in the virtual environment directly on the model of the picking objects allowing a customizable and flexible grasping point.

Flexibility in Robot Communication

The Bin Picking Studio is able to communicate with all robots from major brands, namely ABB, Kuka, Yaskawa, Fanuc, Staubli, Kawasaki, Universal Robots, Mitsubishi Electric, and Nachi. With only a handful of steps of configuration, the software will be able to initiate execution of bin picking.

One round object in the shape of a sphere is enough. Calibrate and synchronize your scanner and robot via the intuitive guided program.
