SEMICON SEA 2022, held from 21st to 23rd June 2022 in Penang, Malaysia, was a massive success for Soda Vision. Together with our business partner Basler, we showcased the industry’s latest technology in several different applications. This included products from Basler, Computar, Chromasens, Myutron, DCM Sistemes and others.
Firstly, we showcased Basler boost cameras in action in a Bonding Inspection, where we highlighted the camera’s high processing speed.
We also carried out an application with Computar’s LensConnect, showcasing its ability to adjust the focus, iris, and zoom remotely with a single USB cable. The LensConnect is suitable for applications with changes in focus points and workpieces with different heights.
In addition, we conducted a semiconductor wafer inspection with Chromasens’ allPIXA Wave camera using multi-channel flash control. Focusing on the camera’s high resolutions of up to 15,360 pixels, we showed how the allPIXA Wave could detect defects such as cracks, scratches, stains, and more.
Additionally, we featured Myutron’s telecentric FTV lens and how users can easily adjust the iris.
Last but not least, we demonstrated how a DCM Sistemes’ AMS series ring light could be used for a Wafer Die Inspection, to detect defects on a wafer using 8 different wavelengths.
It was our great pleasure to meet existing and new customers and explore business opportunities together. We also warmly thank those who visited our booth, #503, at SEMICON SEA 2022.
