On Friday, 8 July 2022, the Soda Vision Singapore team went to our local park and beach to collect trash along our coastlines. After a fulfilling 2 hours, we collected 16 kg worth of waste, mainly styrofoam boxes, plastic containers, and cigarette buds, among many other things.
On top of giving back to our valued partners and customers, we decided on doing a beach clean-up to give back to the environment as one of our SODA10 activities. Instead of donations, we wanted to let our actions speak for themselves. At work, we strive daily to conserve the environment by managing office waste, water and energy usage.
Overall, it was fun and productive to spend our Friday afternoon cleaning the beach with our colleagues, friends, and family.
